Your feedback is important, and we will do our best to address your complaint promptly and fairly. Thank you for taking the time to help us improve.

We will aim to respond to you directly within 48hrs. Should your enquiry come in on a weekend the 48hr period will start from the Monday.

If you’re not comfortable or don’t have the facilities to complete the digital form, we kindly suggest asking a friend or relative to assist you by completing it on your behalf.

If your complaint is regarding a current noise issue please send a WHATSAPP message to 07367645699.

Please note: The WHATSAPP number is for messages only and goes to a central control room where they will pass on the message to the Manager on duty at the venue. Phone calls wont be answered.
