STACK Lincoln is a welcoming social hub, providing a safe environment to ensure all visitors can have an enjoyable experience.

We have a relaxed dress code, however as a general rule: we advise smart casual clothing be worn on evenings and weekends. If wearing sportswear, you may be refused entry.

Fancy Dress: All fancy dress costumes must be non-offensive. Please note that stag/hen party costumes are not permitted. Final discretion lies with the management.

Families are very welcome to visit STACK.

Under 18s visiting the main STACK Plaza area must be accompanied by a parent / legal guardian, or an adult aged 25 or over at all times due to the nature of STACK being a licensed premises that serves alcohol. 

Anyone under the age of 18 must be off site by 9pm.

Weekends - Under 18s may be refused entry into the venue from 8:00pm. Any under 18s already in the venue will be asked to leave no later than 9pm, in line with our license. 

Kroud Karaoke - Under 18s will be refused entry into the venue from 7:00pm. All under 18s already in the venue before this time must be off site by 8pm before the event starts - Kroud Karaoke is an 18+ event only. 

All times above are subject to change and at the discretion of our management.

WE OPERATE A CHALLENGE 25 POLICY. If you are lucky enough to look under 25 then you will be asked to show identification. This will need to be a physical approved photo ID document.

Although STACK serves food, you are entering a licensed premises where alcohol can be purchased, therefore teenagers must be accompanied by an adult aged 25. This policy is in place to protect our license and reduce the risk of alcohol being purchased for under 18s. 

STACK prohibits the consumption of beer, wine, cider, or 0% alcoholic drinks by anyone under the age of 18, even if they are consuming a table (substantial) meal.

We have the right to refuse service and/or entry to the premises - without providing you with a reason. 

No, only food and drink purchased from any of our food vendors or bars situated in STACK Lincoln can be consumed in our premises.

Any food or drink found from outside the venue will be confiscated and customers may be asked to leave or refused entry.

Dogs are allowed in the main area of STACK, until 9pm* everyday, but they are not permitted in the SIDESHOW gaming area.

There are assigned doggy water stations within the venue.

Please be respectful of other customers and do not allow your furry friend to sit/lie on the tables where customers consume food.

*Management may bring this time forward if we are extremely busy or for events such as Kroud Karaoke.

Please be aware that photographs taken within the venue may appear in advertising literature or on our website.

Unfortunately, customers are not permitted to bring their own balloons into the venue. However, we may use balloons for certain events or as part of our themed decorations.

  • We do take bookings which can be secured with a deposit, redeemable against vouchers on the day, please see out bookings section for more information on individual bookings.
  • STACK will be open daily to the general public for walk up everyday.
  • Some events may be ticketed to manage crowds.

In general there is no entry fee as we operate as a walk-up venue.

There may be ad hoc ticketed events take place and a charge may apply.

There no public parking on site – town centre car parks are within a 5-minute walk from the venue at St. Mark's shopping centre. 

No, cycle racks are not provided. You can find one in the centre.

No, you must keep bags/luggage with you at all times. There are no cloakrooms or luggage storage areas on site.

Yes. Random bag searches are carried out regularly.

No smoking or vaping is permitted on the ground or first floor.

Smoking & Vaping is permitted on the outside terrace area only.

This may change in the winter when additional coverage of the plaza area may be installed. In this instance there will be no smoking on the premises and there will be an external designated smoking area.

STACK Lincoln can be accessed via the front entrance at 151 High Street, Lincoln at St Marks Shopping Centre. 

Carer Ticket Scheme: We understand that some guests may need support while enjoying an event which is why we offer one free carer ticket. Please contact us at customerexperience@danieligroup.co.uk and provide a copy of your PIP, DLA or NIMBUS card.

Facilities: Accessible toilets are available on both floors. Please be aware we do not have adult changing facilities.

Service: If help with service is needed, please speak to a member of our team and we will be more than happy to provide table service.  

Strobe lighting/ effects: We have a lot of different entertainment and some shows may contain flashing lights and smoke machines.

Bars and Food Vendors: Our bars and food outlets have high service points. Please speak to a member of our team who will be happy to assist any guest placing or receiving an order.

The venue will have customer Wi- Fi, there are no charge points.

Yes, we accept card, contactless and cash payments.

CCTV in operation throughout the premises.

Management and door superivsors reserve the right to refuse entry.

Adequate security personnel will be provided for all occasions at the venue. This includes door staff on the main entrances and door staff positioned and patrolling inside the venue. Security staff will be provided by a professional company which is SIA approved to ensure a safe environment.

A CCTV system will be in place and will be serviced by accredited contractor. A full digital system is in operation and recording 24 hours a day.

Noise restrictions are in line with the Noise Report.

Performers will be selected on suitability to appeal to the STACK audience and performance quality and experience. We proudly support local artists and entertainers, upcoming artists and well-established performers.

There are 5 bars operated by STACK

All serving a full section of draft and bottled beer, cider, wine, spirits, cocktails, soft drinks and zero alcoholic options.

There are 6 street food units plus a coffee shop.

Each trader unit has menu boards with pricing on their unit.

Menus are also be available online on the Street Food section. 

Food is provided by individual street food traders who will offer a diverse menu including vegetarian and vegan options.

As all our traders are independent, we recommend checking directly with them regarding vegan options. Each trader will be able to confirm what they can offer to accommodate your dietary requirements.
