Acropolis have joined the STACK family since our OG STACK in Newcastle, and now, they’re joining us at our FOURTH STACK site bringing their legendary flavours to STACK Middlesbrough! From mouth-watering gyros to hearty platters and fresh salads, they’ve got it all. After expanding up to Scotland and down to Lincoln, Acropolis is now ready to serve up their fresh, delicious delicacies at a permanent base in Teesside!

The Rise of Acropolis

Acropolis was built from the ground up by three visionary friends: Filip, Viktor, and Yusuf. Back in 2016, they set out on a mission to introduce authentic Greek street food to the North East, starting with a humble stall at Newcastle’s Quayside Market. Their incredible dishes quickly gained them a massive following, and today, they’ve won 9 amazing awards! From pop-up stalls to permanent spots, Acropolis has taken their incredible food across the UK. Most recently, they were crowned “Best Café on the Go” at the 2024 Metrocentre Retailer Awards, and now they’re set to make waves in Middlesbrough!

Continuing the Legacy with STACK Middlesbrough:

Opening at STACK Middlesbrough will mark the tenth outlet for Greek food specialists, who regularly trade at the Orange Pip Market.

“It’s a great place and we have loved meeting so many people over the past few years, so when the opportunity to be part of STACK Middlesbrough came up, we didn’t hesitate.”
