Meet Joe and Ollie Brack, the brother duo behind Brack Burger. Their journey began when their dad’s pub, The Jubilee in Gosforth, had to temporarily close due to lockdown. This unexpected pause inspired Joe, then 24, who had previously run club events and marketing, and Ollie, then 22 and still working at Virgin Money, to pivot and launch a new takeout service, utilizing the pub’s kitchen while it was out of action. Thus, Brack Burger was born, marking the start of an incredible journey. Fast forward, and now they operate in five locations across the North East, with plans to expand even further in 2024!

In 2023, Brack Burger clinched the prestigious North East Restaurant of the Year award and made it to the top ten finalists in London, boosting the brand’s popularity throughout the region. The Brack brothers credit their success to the love and support from family, friends, and a loyal customer base.
