ROLL UP, ROLL UP FOR SIDESHOW AT STACK LINCOLN
Visitors to STACK Lincoln can show they’re game – thanks to the leisure hub’s newest attraction which will open its doors this week ( 9 Nov).
Circus-themed Sideshow will bring competitive socialising to STACK for the first time – the opportunity for visitors to show their prowess at a number of popular games.
And while both darts and shuffleboard may have been pub favourites for many years, Sideshow will feature them in a way the city has never seen before – using the latest in interactive technology.
The new gaming area at STACK Lincoln will feature two full-size shuffleboards and four dart oches, using state-of-the-art cutting-edge camera tracking, overhead screens and automatic scoring systems.
The new gaming area will also include two Karaoke booths, pool tables and beer pong tables and its own bar, with the final touches now being put in place ahead of the grand opening on Saturday 9 November.
Bookings for the gaming attractions will be available in hour-long or 90-minute slots. Prices range from £8 for off-peak times (Sunday to Thursday) to £10 during peak periods. Beer pong enthusiasts can choose between a four-pint pitcher (£20) or a bottle of Prosecco (£25) while pool tables are charged at £10 per hour.
Neill Winch, CEO of STACK, is thrilled to unveil Sideshow at the Lincoln location.
“We’re incredibly excited to introduce competitive socialising to STACK Lincoln, making it the first of our venues to offer this kind of experience,” he said.
“Sideshow takes familiar games and elevates them with cutting-edge technology, adding a whole new level of fun and competition to what we offer.
“ Whether visitors are planning a night out with friends, a family gathering or a corporate event, Sideshow promises to bring a new dimension to the STACK experience.”
Phil Huby, Head of Retail Parks abrdn,(sic) landlord of St Marks, added:
"We're thrilled to see the addition of Sideshow to STACK Lincoln at St Marks. STACK Lincoln’s blend of classic games and the latest in technology will undoubtedly enhance their offer, establishing it as the go to destination for leisure and entertainment in Lincoln."
Groups of friends and family or those planning a corporate event can now build a night out with a variety of elements including gaming, street food and live music all in the one venue.
