SIDESHOW Bookings Policy and Terms & Conditions

Gaming Experience: SIDESHOW DARTS at STACK.  

Reservation Requests: 
We will always strive to accommodate customer requests to the best of our ability. However, please note that we cannot always guarantee. 
Deposit/Cancellation Policy: 
A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. Please ensure that you read our Terms & Conditions before proceeding with payment, as all deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. In the event that you need to cancel or amend your booking, please inform us as soon as possible. Any deposits made are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. 
Child/Age Policy: 
Darts is strictly over-18s policy. WE OPERATE A CHALLENGE 25 POLICY. If you are lucky enough to look under 25 then you will be asked to show identification. This will need to be a physical approved photo ID document. PLEASE NOTE: Under 18s visiting the main STACK Plaza area must be accompanied by a parent / legal guardian, or an adult aged 25 or over at all times due to the nature of STACK being a licensed premises that serves alcohol.  
Arrival Time: 
Please arrive on time for your reserved session. If you are late, we cannot guarantee that your full booking time will be honoured, as it may affect subsequent reservations. 
Booking Modifications: 
Any modifications to your booking (e.g., increasing or decreasing the number of players, or switching game types) must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but changes cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to availability. 
Maximum Group Sizes: 
Please ensure that your group does not exceed the maximum player limit for each game type. 
House Rules: 
All players are expected to respect the house rules for each gaming type. Our team will brief you on these upon arrival. Misuse of the equipment or failure to follow safety guidelines may result in your session being ended early, without refund. 
Liability: 
We cannot be held responsible for any personal belongings or injuries during your session. Please ensure that you handle all equipment responsibly. 
Darts Gaming House Rules
To ensure a fun and safe experience for everyone, please take note of the following house rules:
  1. Over 18s Only: Darts is strictly for guests aged 18 and over. ID may be required upon entry.
  2. Arrival & Punctuality: Please arrive 10 minutes before your booking time. If you are late, your session time will not be extended, and you will only have the remaining time left.
  3. No Outside Food & Drink: Food and drinks purchased from STACK may be taken into SIDESHOW. Additionally, drinks can also be purchased directly within SIDESHOW. STACK offers a fantastic range of independent food vendors for you to enjoy before, during, or after your gaming experience. Please note that vendor closing times may vary from the venue's; be sure to check with each vendor directly or visit our website for specific timings.
  4. Respect the Equipment: Handle the darts and boards with care. Any intentional damage may result in immediate termination of your session without a refund.
  5. Play Fair: Please be respectful of other guests and play fair. Any unsportsmanlike behaviour or aggressive actions will not be tolerated.
  6. Keep it Safe: Ensure your safety and the safety of others by following proper dart-throwing procedures. Only throw darts when the area is clear, and never walk in front of the dartboard during gameplay.
  7. Session Time: You will be allocated a set amount of time for your darts game. Once your time is up, you may be asked to vacate the area to allow other bookings.
  8. No Standing on Benches or Tables: Please remain seated or standing in designated areas. Standing on benches, tables, or other furniture is not permitted.
  9. Group Size Adjustments: If fewer guests arrive than initially booked, the session will proceed, but no refunds will be given for absent players.
  10. Management Reserves the Right: The management reserves the right to adjust or reallocate your darts area if necessary.
