Benches are available to book for groups of 8-24 people. For larger groups your booking will come through to our Sales Team as an enquiry and our sales team will be in touch to arrange this with you.
General Upper Plaza Bench Bookings T&Cs* - From 2025
Starting in the new year Jan 2025, we will be updating our Upper Plaza Bench Bookings terms and conditions.
- To reserve an upper plaza bench a deposit of £12.00 per person will be required on making the booking.
- This will be given back to you on the day in the form of x2 drinks vouchers to the value of £6.00 each.
Cancellation Policy:
- Any deposits paid are non-refundable however if given more than 48 hours we can look at date change for you.
- Cancellation within 48 hours – deposit and full paid balance non-refundable.
- We cannot refund any changes in your party group size once paid in full – any vouchers allocated to guests who can no longer make it will be given to the group to spend.
- If your group size changes, we may reduce the space of your area to accommodate other guests.
- To cancel or reschedule your booking please reply to your confirmation email at your earliest convenience.
- If your group size changes, we may reduce the space of your area to accommodate other guests.
- In the event that the final number of participants is less than the initially confirmed people, the deposits for the original number of participants will be retained as a cancellation fee.
- Any groups who have submitted a deposit but choose not to settle the remaining balance will result in the cancellation of their booking, and any deposits paid will be forfeited.
Festive Fridays and General Christmas Bookings 22 November - 30 December T&Cs*
- Bookings can be made from 6:30pm, event starts at 8pm,please arrive at the time you have booked for only.
- There will be a deposit of £21.95pp and include x1 drink voucher, x1 food voucher, entertainment, and the bench for the evening!
- Please read the FAQs and acknowledge that you and all guests are over 18. Entry will not be given to anyone under 18.
- Bookings maybe located on the lower plaza or upper plaza and the management can change this without notice.
- We will always try our best to accommodate customer requests, however this cannot be guaranteed.

Kids Events Bookings Policy/T&Cs:
- There will be a ticket cost of £1.50pp this is for entry into Kid’s Event only.
- The numbers of tickets are in relation to all attending between 2-16 years old, accompanying adults do not need to buy a ticket.
- This ticket does not include a bench, we recommend an early arrival as benches are first come, first serve basis.
- We will always try our best to accommodate customer requests, however this cannot be guaranteed.

Corporate Event/ Large Group Bookings* (Dates excluding large events and Christmas dates)
- We have the option for space to be reserved for corporate functions / large group bookings, for up to 24 – 1500 guests.

Bookings Policy all bookings:
- Arrival: Please arrive at least 10 mins before your booking time and then check in at the main door at your allocated booking time, where our friendly door host or door team will welcome you, escort you to your reserved space, and provide you with any pre-paid vouchers (deposits).
- Voucher Usage: All vouchers must be used on the day of booking and are non-refundable.
- Drinks Vouchers: These can be redeemed for both alcoholic and soft drinks at any bar within STACK.
- Change Policy: No change will be given from any vouchers.
- Punctuality: We kindly request your prompt arrival for your booking. If you are delayed, we will hold your reserved space for up to 15 minutes. Beyond this, your bench may be made available to other guests.
- Food Options: Food can be purchased on the day of your booking, please note all the food vendors situated at STACK are all independent traders and may close earlier than STACK, please check closing times upon arrival with each vendor or via our website.
- Allergen/Dietary information: Please be advised to check directly with each independent food trader for specific allergen and dietary information. They will be best equipped to provide detailed insights tailored to their offerings.
- Exclusive Space: While we strive to accommodate your needs, please note that the area may not be fully exclusive due to the venue's popularity.
- Time Limit: After your allocated time, you may be asked to vacate your area to accommodate subsequent bookings. Speak with our team on the day for possible extensions.
- Bench Allocation: Management reserves the right to move your allocated bench without prior notice.
- Group Size Changes: Unfortunately, we cannot refund or adjust payments for changes in your party size after full payment. Unused vouchers for absent guests will be allocated to the group. If not all your guests arrive, we may reduce the space of your area to accommodate the public due to the popularity and business of the site.
- Table Decorations: For health and safety reasons, we kindly ask that customers do not bring balloons for any table bookings.
- The numbers of guests are in relation to adults only, children under 12 years of age do not need to be included, but please let us know if you intend to bring any along so we can allocate your space accordingly.
- I can confirm that I have read the FAQs and acknowledge that myself and all guests understand any U18s must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or someone over the age of 21 and offsite by 9pm.
- I also understand that if I am booking Upper Plaza, my booking may not have a guaranteed view of the big screen or the stage.
