  • All bookings must be made online through our official website
  • Doors open at 6:30pm with a start time of 7:45pm.
  • Strictly Over 18's Only - We operate a Challenge 25 Policy. Please ensure you bring valid ID.
  • Ticket provides entry to the venue only.
  • Any monies paid is non-refundable.
  • Benches are on a first come first serve basis.
  • Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
  • The venue adheres to safety regulations and may conduct security searches.
  • The venue has the right to refuse admission.
  • Late admission is not guaranteed.
  • Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded post-purchase.
  • The venue may alter the program without obligation to refund or exchange tickets.
  • Unauthorised resale will render the ticket void.
  • The venue is not responsible for personal property.
  • Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the team, performer, or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue may set refund limitations.
  • It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
  • Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.

Hits Radio Competition

  • Prize must be booked and redeemed within 1 month of notification.
  • Subject to availability and choice.
  • No cash alternative.
  • Gift card is valid for 6 months and cannot be extended.

STACK Lincoln x Cazcabel Competition

Booking Policy

  • Benches are available to book for groups of 8-24 people. For larger groups your booking will come through as an enquiry and our sales team will be in touch to arrange this with you.
  • The numbers of guests are in relation to adults only, children under 12 years of age do not need to be included, but please let us know if you intend to bring any along so we can allocate your space accordingly.
  • A deposit of £8 per person is required to book a bench which will be exchanged for X1 pre-ordered drink per person, the remaining balance is the fee for booking the table.
  • Your drink can be redeemed on either a glass of prosecco, a bottled beer (including non-alocholic) or a soft drink which must be pre-ordered upon booking and cannot be changed on the day. 
  • Your pre-ordered drink will arrive at your bench once you have been seated.
  • I can confirm that I have read the FAQs and acknowledge that myself and all guests understand any U18s must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or someone over the age of 25 and offsite by 9pm.
  • I also understand that if I am booking Upper Plaza, my booking may not have a guaranteed view of the big screen or the stage.
  • We will always try our best to accommodate customer requests, however this cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy

  • Any deposits paid are non-refundable however if given more than 48 hours we can look at date change for you.
  • Cancellation within 48 hours – deposit and full paid balance non-refundable.
  • We cannot refund any changes in your party group size once paid in full – any pre-ordered drinks will be given to the group, guests who can no longer make it will not be given a refund.
  • To edit or amend your booking please reply to your confirmation email at your earliest convenience.
