STACK MIDDLESBROUGH TO OPEN ITS DOORS NEXT WEEK
AN EXCITING new addition to Teesside’s food and entertainment offering will open its doors next week.
STACK Middlesbrough – created at the undercroft where the A66 flyover meets Exchange Square – will welcome its first visitors from 4pm on Tuesday 10 December.
The venue will offer a range of top street food, bars and live entertainment in the purpose-built container village.
Guests can enjoy Greek Gyros from Acropolis, Smash Burgers from Brack Burger, stone baked pizzas from Zza Pizzeria, loaded duck fries from Holy Duck and fluffy stuffed Bao’s from Bao Down, bringing an eclectic mix of cuisines to the venue.
The creation of STACK Middlesbrough – made from 25 shipping containers - marks the end of a two year project to create the unique leisure hub, which as well as the food offerings will have three bars and a stage for live entertainment.
“We’re thrilled to be opening STACK Middlesbrough just in time for Christmas. We know people are very excited to see how we’ve transformed the space, and it’s fantastic to be able to celebrate this time of year with a brand-new venue at the heart of the festivities,” said Neill Winch, CEO of STACK.
“The original STACK in Newcastle was always hugely popular with customers from Middlesbrough, so we’re delighted to now give them a STACK closer to home. “Beyond creating a vibrant space for people to enjoy food, drinks, and live entertainment, we’re also committed to supporting the town centre economy.
“We’ve seen STACK venues attract significant footfall, bringing more people into the area who often go on to visit other bars, restaurants, and businesses nearby.
We believe STACK Middlesbrough will be a huge asset to the local hospitality scene and the wider community.”
