They have a vast repertoire which spans many genres from pop to opera, jazz to rock. They are well known for creating an intimate and engaging atmosphere through memorable performance.

Caught by the Fuzz take you on a journey through the 90’s with a show loaded with Britpop classics & Indie anthems.

An experienced four piece guitar band from the North East of England, with multiple part vocal harmonies - this isn’t your average covers band.

All the big hitters are there from Pulp, Supergrass, Suede, The Stone Roses and The Manic Street Preachers, to 90’s rivals Blur and Oasis.

Aiden Copland aka DJ Playmoor is based in Newcastle and is an open format DJ. His extensive music knowledge mixing with adventurous techniques will give you an immersive and memorable experience at Stack.

Funk Soul Sista are an all female, funk soul band from Newcastle-upon-Tyne.

Founded in 2018, these talented ladies bring soul and funk classics to life  alongside new chart hits.

A truly unique North East based  band, specializing in Hip Hop covers. Including Snoop Dogg, Outkast, Jay-Z, Eminem, RUN DMC, Kanye West, Notorious B.I.G. and more.

Heyzeus is an electrifying international rock/pop duo hailing from the Scottish Borders.

Lead vocalist and guitar player Jamie Andrew, often draws comparisons to the likes of Kelly Jones and Kurt Cobain, with his distinctly soulful and gritty vocal ability.

Jessica Louise, is a master percussionist and drummer, providing the heartbeat and punchy rhythms, paving the way for the audience to get up off their feet, and hit the dance floor.

Heyzeus have played all over the world including gigs at Ibiza Rocks, The Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, and a recent winter tour in the French Alps, performing at a mix of 5 star hotels and lively apres ski venues.

2022 saw singer Jamie Andrew star on The Voice UK, wowing all 4 coaches, and landing a space on Sir Tom Jones' team.

Heyzeus’ covers have been cleverly crafted into their own acoustic rock style, performing some of the coolest songs from 60s to modern day.

We are delighted to welcome Jason Isaacs to the fanzone.

Jason has been wowing audiences across the north east for many years  with a huge array songs ranging from Rat pack classics to current mainstream pop.

When not performing in the north east he regularly appears on some of the worlds biggest cruise liners working with P&O and Cunard.

Jason is the ultimate stage professional and loves performing. His infectious personality and energy ensures that audiences really enjoy his stage show.

He’s a  self-taught saxophonist so expect to see him playing along with some fabulous tunes.

Matthew Raisbeck is the voice of NUFC commentary on local BBC Radio since 2016. We are delighted to have him as part of our team where he will be hosting his weekly speedquizing football quiz.

Spilt Milk is an Alternative/ Indie Rock band from Gateshead. Made up of 20-year-old triplet brothers, Oscar, Isaac and Theo Nolan and bassist Logan Lovell, they have been gigging for 4 years and have experience playing headline shows in Newcastle and on Teesside.  

Their original songs often feature on BBC Introducing and can be regularly heard around the North East.
Bringing a professional sounding, high energy set full of cover and  original material.

Spilt Milk’s songs take inspiration from a wide range of artists and bands. Their layered harmonies draw from the greats such as The Beatles, Bee Gees and The Beach boys, this is mixed with a jazzy fusion influenced by the likes of Jamiroquai, Easy Life, Steely Dan and Jellyfish whilst the rock tones pull from the grit and passion of Indie legends like Sam Fender, Tame Impala and Two Door Cinema Club.

The bands biggest performance to date has been opening for James Arthur at Middlesbrough’s Riverside Stadium.

Over the past few years Spilt Milk has performed in front of large audiences, regular gigs at the outdoor ‘Stack’ venues in the North East, support slots for touring bands and festival appearances at ‘This is Tomorrow’, ‘A Stones Throw Festival’ and ‘Northern Pride’ in Newcastle have given the band the opportunity to help grow their growing reputation.

Paige Temperley is a sophisticated British singer-songwriter and guitarist from the North East of England.
The writer of some beautifully crafted tunes with heart-felt lyrics and original catchy hooks.

Paige Temperley Duo is a fabulous duo playing covers of well known songs.

We are delighted to welcome north east based and multi talented Lewis Curry to our stage.

Lewis is a regular performer at Stack and will be playing along with another local musician for this performance.

Lewis Curry is an experienced local musician who a multi instrument performer.

Lewis is a seriously talented Vocalist, Pianist and Guitarist from the North East of England, playing cover music ranging from the Motown and Soul era right through the current charts, including all of the classic pop and rock hits.

Lewis’ versatility is the reason behind him being one of the most sought after musicians on the UK has been on the Stack roster for the past six years.

For this performance he's is joined by two other local musicians.

For this line up, Lewis is joined by drums and bass guitar.

Piano and Vocal Duo from the North East covering a and range of songs from KT Tunstall, Corrine Bailey Rea, Michael Jackson, Stevie Nicks, Jermaine Stewart and many more.

Established acoustic duo ME & Deboe transcend genre to deliver a range of emotive performances driven by poignant lyrics and powerful riffs.

Energetic and intricate compositions, coupled with a fresh approach to cover interpretations, have captivated audiences across the UK, Europe and USA, redefining and elevating acoustic music.

They encapsulate what it means to be a duo: Blending rhythmic folk musings with delicately woven harmonies.

Jenn is a North East based local singer who has many years experience singing and entertaining the public in various locations worldwide.

Jenn performs lots of well know songs in a laid back way and has a good rapport with her audience.

John is an accomplished UK  Singer Guitarist with extensive experience in live performance. He is creating such a buzz in live music scene. Just listen to his voice and you’ll see why.

Since gaining a first class BA honours degree in music, John has been showcasing his talents as a performer to as many people as possible.

With a repertoire that includes everything from 60’s Soul to Folk, Dance and Modern Pop, 

John is an accomplished UK Singer Guitarist  with extensive experience in live performance. He  creates such a buzz. Just listen to his voice and you’ll see why.

Since gaining a first class BA honours degree in music, John has been showcasing his talents as a performer to thousands of people.

With a repertoire that includes everything from 60’s Soul to Folk, Dance and Modern Pop.

For this performance he will be accompanied by a drums and a piano.

Josh is widely known to be an outstanding performer, whether it be as a singer/guitarist or as a singer/pianist.

He graduated in BA (Hons) Music with a First Class Honours in 2020. His gigging experience stretches all the way back to 2016, during which time he has played around the North-East of England. There are hundreds of cover songs in his repertoire, meaning a wide range of genres will be covered (including pop, indie, soul, R&B and rock). 

A local based musician who has over 10 years experience performing solo.

Expect a fabulous set of well known music ideal for Stack.

Kimberley has a unique sound to her voice with influences of Stevie Nicks. Soft and easy listening is the perfect way to describe her and her voice has been described like Stevie Nicks and Amy Winehouse with a dash of Ella Fitzgerald thrown in for good measure.

Having worked together for many years, Kirsty and Richard have built up a wide repertoire of songs, ranging from pop and rock to soul and jazz. Whether its a chilled acoustic sound or a more upbeat vibe, the duo work well to create the perfect atmosphere!

The Kirsty Forster Project is a professional live band with years of experience performing music of the highest quality.

Their extensive song list covers a wide range of styles from classic pop, rock and soul to the latest chart hits, so there’ll be something for everyone to enjoy.

Pearl is a singer with a large vocal range, from easy listening soulful sounds to stack filling anthems - and Rod a classically trained guitarist, together they produce a filling and captivating sound.

Expect a high energy performance that have the room foot tapping, with plenty of singalong moments guaranteed.

Rivelino are a 6 piece band formed in South Shields in 2009.

Regularly playing and selling out venues across the North East. 

Rivelino's enthusiastic delivery of Rock, Pop, Indie and Soul classics make them a favourite with fans, with the band working hard, night after night to make sure no one leaves Rivelino party disappointed.

Simma has been building a loyal following since 1997 as a solo acoustic artist and singer-songwriter. An all-around entertainer who is really at home performing at Stack. He is often joined by any number of outstanding musicians to form a duo or trio, and is widely hailed as one of the most respected performers in the region.

The Belta Reivers are Geordie and Irish Folk Trio banging out the best local tunes with Irish, Scottish and everybody's favourite singalongs. Jigs, Reels, 3 part vocal harmonies and plenty of fun. Expect singing and audience participation as the no 1 pre match band gets everyone in the match day spirit.

If you love the 80's then you will love The Breakfast Club. they are a authentic electronic 80's band who produce hit after hit. Expect high energy from a band who know how to get the party started.

A band of Glastonbury festival loving musicians from Northern Ireland and North East England. Formed in Durham in 2005, Emerald Thieves have thousands of shows under their belts and have performed throughout the UK, Ireland, Europe and the Middle-East. The bands diverse musical backgrounds combine in genre-defying sets, fusing popular Irish sing-alongs, country classics and indie-folk anthems with 60s-to-00s hits; all delivered with their trademark twist of electric fiddle.

Emerald Thieves are a fun party band with wide appeal, perfect for every generation of live music lovers. Get in early to witness these crowd pleasers!

The Folk Soul Bros are a Mumford Style Indie  Band based in the North East of England

They have the musical style of Mumford and Sons with a set list of all your favourite smash hit songs!

They perform as a live four piece band and have years of experience in the music scene between them. Collectively they have played in bands across the UK, Europe, The Middle East and Americas.

The Bands’ aim is to start the party and have everyone on their feet  with a bunch of songs from 90’s & 00’s reimagined in their signature folk/bluegrass style.

The Good Souls are A 6 piece band formed in 2009 from South Tyneside.

The band are a Stack Favourite and real crowd pleasers playing classic songs from Indie to rock, pop and dance.

When not gigging at Stack the band are always in demand playing numerous gigs and festivals.

The Houndcats are an authentic rock n’ roll experience. They exquisitely recreate the sound that shaped a generation, performing hits from the likes of The Beatles, Elvis, Chuck Berry and The Rolling Stones.

The Shandies are a five piece cover band from the North East of England who are made up of lead singers from three very successful bands. 

They have three part harmonies to give a fabulous sound and play numerous popular covers.

We Are Champion play the music of Queen, leaning heavily on what many would regard as the golden period of 1973 – 1979, with the full pomp and ceremony that befits the time, fully live with no backing tracks. The band are regarded as one of the UK’s finest tributes, and proved such a hit with fans that they have been asked back to play the official Queen International Fan Club Convention 2 years running, as well as headlining iconic venues such as Newcastle City Hall, Leeds O2 Academy, numerous theatres and top festivals up and down the country. James Hedley is locally based Solo Acoustic Vocalist/Guitarist who also fronts his own band called Redwings. His Repertoire ranges from 60's classics to modern chart hits.

Kewen is a locally based singer who performs upbeat cover songs.

Female singer/guitarist. Jo has a soulful voice with a great vocal range. Her eclectic repetoire covers pop, soul, 80's/90's classics and recent hits.

The Marigolds Duo are a dynamic and versatile act comprising of piano and vocals!

With a wealth of experience this striking yet soulful duo delivers an incredible entertainment, jumping between pop, Motown, RnB and indie classics.

Olivia Ord is a Pianist Vocalist with years of experience performing at events all around the UK. Performing stripped-back renditions, Olivia creates a chilled and relaxed vibe for the audience to enjoy. Her set is full of everything from the 60’s right through to present day, performing covers from artists such as; Billy Joel, Amy Winehouse, The Beatles, Madness and ABBA. Olivia is guaranteed to perform a little bit of everything for everyone.

A Stack main event as we welcome ABBA FABULOUS  to the Stack. Celebrating the songs of Abba which will include live performance with stage show, dancers and host.

Chris has over  20 years experience working as a DJ, Event Host and Radio Presenter in the North East. From DJing at various venues across the region to hosting some of the biggest calendar events. He Currently works with Hits Radio (formerly Metro Radio) and BBC Radio Newcastle/Tees/Cumbria as a regular presenter. Chris specialises in Commercial, Party sets.

YUMA are a lively, highly adaptable acoustic duo. With 9 years of performing experience and a covers repertoire spanning several decades and multiple genres, all delivered in their unique style.

Hailing from Newcastle Upon Tyne, Simma has been building a loyal following since 1997 as an acoustic artist, as a solo performer and as a duo with some of the most talented instrumentalists in the region.

Simma and The Simma Duo can be found performing songs, spot-on banter and brining natural stage presence to venues all over the north east, which has made them a regular fixture in Tyneside, Wearside, Northumberland and North Yorkshire, and synonymous with good times both near and far.

A performer from a very young age, Hattie has performed at many bespoke acoustic events and has a talent for playing the right song at the right time.

Emma is an incredible north east vocalist with many years of experience fronting bands and performing solo and now in her own duo. With a captivating stage presence, she will certainly deliver some great music.

Singer/songwriter from Newcastle who made it to the Judges Houses stage of X Factor where she travelled to Bermuda. Abi has also performed all over the world. Expect an Upbeat, easy listening set of music.

Rich has been performing professionally as a Guitarist and Singer for over 25 years and covers a wide range of styles and songs which range from 1950’s up to modern artists. He really enjoys performing and sharing good songs that stand the test of time.

Ultimate Coldplay are back at St James' Stack!!!

This is  the UK's finest and most realistic tribute to arguably the world's biggest band. Featuring a look-a-like Chris Martin and incredible full live band, this is a show that is not to be missed. Expect to hear all of your favourite hits including Paradise, Yellow, Fix You and Sky Full of Stars. 

After forming in 2017, Ultimate Coldplay have performed all over the world including a notable pre-pandemic tour of South Korea in 2020. They are regularly in demand across the UK at venues, festivals and theatres.

Whilst the band all pass for Coldplay themselves, regularly being stopped at airports to pose for photos, it is front man Jenko’s uncanny likeness for Chris Martin that really set this tribute band apart, along with a reputation for superb live performances together with his incredible, full live band.

Rosalyn fronts the powerhouse band Hip Hop Hooray but for this performance she will be producing  Immaculately soulful vocals, covering a range of songs from different genres and decades, backed by either acoustic guitar or piano.

Paul has been a local DJ for many years and we are delighted he brings his wealth of experience to St James Stack. 

Beccy Young has been singing live since she was just 11 years old - teaching herself to accompany her voice with guitar aged 12 - she has many years' experience in performing for a wide range of audiences from intimate café gigs to main stage festival sets.

The Michael Rolf Band play a variety of songs and always deliver incredible cover songs.

Andy Usher is an accomplished multi-instrumentalist musician who studied music at the Royal Northern College of Music and Leeds College of Music. As a soloist Andy performs using a guitar and vocal loop pedal. This allows him to create the effect and feel of a full band on his own. A true one-man band! His talents really do have to be seen to be believed…and understood!

Andy performs a wide range of styles from Jazz to classic rock, including artists such as: The Beatles, Stevie Wonder, Plan B, Led Zeppelin, Doobie Brothers, Ray Charles, Bruno Mars, Kings of Leon, The Kooks, Maroon 5 and many more!

Irish acoustic singer based in the North East who always delivers fabulous versions of popular songs.

The Duo version of the popular Houndcats Band who visit Stack Venues regularly.

Always a crowd favourite, playing classic hits from the 50's, 60's and 70's in the Houndcats Style.

Female singer/guitarist based in the North East. Jo has a soulful voice with a great vocal range. Her eclectic repetoire covers pop, soul, 80's/90's classics and recent hits.

After reaching the quarter-finals of The Voice UK 2020 on Team Olly, Ty has a wide collection of performance experiences under his belt. His highlights include playing the renowned Newcastle Arena in 2018, along with performing at O2 Academy Newcastle's Main Stage, playing to thousands at Party in the Park festival at Flamingo Land, and supporting acts such as Scouting for Girls and soul legend Alexander O’Neal. His achievements include coming runner up in his age category at the Open Mic UK 2018 Grand Final after a show-stopping performance at London’s O2 Arena, among many others.

Ty strives to follow his dreams in the future, and doesn’t show signs of stopping. He is beginning to delve into the realm of songwriting, whilst preparing to continue his journey performing up and down the country.

Taking their influences from iconic 90s & 00s artists like Moloko, Bobby Brown, Kylie Minogue and CeCe Peniston, Acoustic Clubland transform well-loved, classic floor-fillers into live versions with female & male vocals, 2 guitars and percussion.

David is one half of the popular Duo JustSo. This time he will be performing as a solo artist performing well known cover versions.

Acoustic guitar and vocal lead duo of Keiren and James. Sumptuous vocals and delicate guitar playing backed up by the rhythmical groove and embellishment of the bass guitar. Covering all styles, throughout the eras, upbeat and chilled.

DUKE are a fully live acoustic duo ready to perform at your next event. Performing greatest hits from a range of styles, together we can create either an upbeat or relaxed acoustic sound playing keyboard, guitar and singing harmonies.

Full time musician, originally from Tasmania, now living in the UK.

There is something special about these lads. The Gatenby’s are a three piece band based in the North East.

John Gatenby, Joe Bennison and Micheal Muir have been professionals in the music industry for many years working as touring artists, event performers and session musicians.

Priding themselves on their professionalism, vocal harmonies, energetic performances and extensive repertoire, this is a fabulous trio who cover well known songs.

It's the 3rd round of the ELF cup and the TOON travel to AFC Wimbledon. Its live on the big screens with match build up from 5pm.

Algorhythm are a professional band based in the North East of England. 

Drawing inspiration from iconic acts like Fleetwood Mac, Amy Winehouse, and No Doubt, they seamlessly blend classic rock, modern pop, and everything in between to create a dynamic and electrifying performance.

Fronted by a charismatic lead vocalist with a voice that can soar to the heights of Stevie Nicks’ ethereal timbre and descend to the rich depths of Florence Welch’s powerful delivery, our performance is a guaranteed dancefloor filler.

Paul is a Singer/Guitarist based in the north east. He currently covers music from the 60s to now. He plays the songs everyone knows and loves but you wouldn't normally expect to hear. Pauls vocal range gives him the chance to cover a wide range of artists from Nirvana, Oasis, The Cure, Arctic Monkeys to Adele, Alicia Keys, Abba, Dua Lipa and many more.

The StereoTypes are a trio playing upbeat and classic covers, a setlist that will get you singing and dancing!

Taylor Payne is an energetic, powerful and dynamic North East  Acoustic Guitarist Singer who has been entertaining audiences across the UK for over 15 years. A highly experienced musician with many professional bands, but it’s as a solo performer where Taylor comes alive.

Playing a mix of modern classics, acoustic rock, indie, soul and pop, Taylor will capture an audience’s attention from the first chord and keep them entertained throughout his performance.

Jon Sibley is an experienced and well travelled musician who performs an eclectic mix of acoustic covers from the likes of: Bruce Springsteen, Foo Fighters, Arctic Monkeys, The Beatles, Ray Lamontagne, Elbow, The Lumineers, Stereophonics and many more!

The Gaslighters have been playing music with Stack for the past six years and this is their first visit to the fabulous St James Stack. These five local lads enjoy what they do with a smile on their face, They love nothing better than to interact with the audience 

The music they play is a mixture of pop, rock and more recently an emphasis on 80s music.

Singer/Songwriter performing covers and original music. Love 80's music such as Paul Simon, Sting, Mark Knopfler but perform a range of music from the 50's to modern day upon request. David has been performing live for over 10 years at venues and music festivals.

Borderland is a 6-piece party band from the North East. 

Featuring the outstanding lead vocal talents of both Mark Harrison and Vicki Burns, along with superb harmony vocals and exemplary musicianship. The band and its members have vast experience of playing some of the biggest venues and events in the region, including performances alongside such artists as M People’s Heather Small and Boyzlife.

Mark Stiles is brings the spirit of country music, from artists like George Strait, Garth Brooks, and Johnny Cash, with classic vibes that evoke the dance halls of Texas, the roar of rodeo, and jukebox ballads with a cold beer in hand!

Originally from the north east with Greek roots.
