Stack Seaburn is a welcoming social hub, providing a safe environment to ensure all visitors can have an enjoyable experience.

What is "Dive Into the Blue"? "Dive Into the Blue" is a 15-minute immersive underwater experience using Unreal Engine technology, located at STACK Seaburn. It features marine life encounters, ancient ruins, and bioluminescent spectacles.

When is the event running? The event runs from 12th July to 22nd September 2024.

Who is the experience for? Although Dive Into The Blue is a perfect for activity for families, please be advised it may not be suitable for children under the age of 6.

How long does the experience last? The experience lasts for 15 minutes.

Can I take photos during the experience? Photography is not allowed inside the experience

Booking and Tickets

What are the ticket prices? All tickets are £7.50, but you can purchase them for £5 if you take advantage of the early bird offer. Children aged 0 to 3 years old do not need to pay for a ticket, but they must sit on a parent or guardian's lap throughout the experience.

What is the capacity for each time slot? Each time slot can accommodate 16 people.

Can I get a refund if I miss my time slot? Unfortunately, no refunds are available for missed time slots. Please ensure you arrive on time.

Can I buy tickets on the day? Tickets can be purchased on the day if available, but we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot.

On the Day

Please bring your booking information and arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time.

Is the venue accessible? Yes, the venue is fully accessible, with a wheelchair space available per time slot.

Can I bring my own food and drinks? No, only food and drinks purchased at STACK Seaburn are allowed.

Where is the entrance to the experience? The entrance is located at STACK Seaburn. Look for signs directing you to the "Dive Into the Blue" entrance.

Health and Safety

Are there any health restrictions? The experience involves visual and audio effects that may not be suitable for individuals with certain health conditions. Please consult your doctor if you have concerns.

Is it safe for people with claustrophobia? The experience is designed to be comfortable, but it involves enclosed spaces. Please consider your comfort level before booking.

Can I leave the experience early if my children get scared? If during the experience any attendees suddenly feel uncomfortable and need to leave they are able to. 

  • Please arrive at the main entrance, there you will be greeted by a door host/door team, taken to your reserved space, and given your vouchers
  • All vouchers must be used on the day of booking and are non-refundable
  • Drinks vouchers can be redeemed against alcoholic and soft drinks only and used at any bar within STACK Seaburn
  • No change will be given from any vouchers
  • We ask you to please be on time for your booking, should you not arrive with us on time we will hold the space you have reserved for a period no greater than 15 minutes. After this time, your reserved space will be made available to other guests
  • Food can be purchased on the day of your booking, please note all of the food vendors situated at STACK Seaburn are all independent traders and may close earlier than STACK, please check closing times upon arrival or via our website
  • Please note the area is never fully exclusive purely due to fact of how popular the venue is
  • Once your booking time is up, you may be asked to vacate your designated area, due to bookings after you. Please speak to a member of the team on the day and they will advise if you can keep your allocated bench for longer
  • The management team reserve the right to move your allocated bench - without giving the customer any notice
  • If all of your guests arrive at different times or do not at all, we may reduce the space of your area to accommodate the general public due to the popularity and business of the site
  • We cannot refund any changes in your party group size once paid in full – any vouchers allocated to guests who can no longer make it will be given to the group to spend.

 Booking Policy

  • There will be a deposit of £12 per prson this will be given back to you on the day in the form of x2 drinks vouchers.
  • The numbers of guests are in relation to adults only, children under 12 years of age do not need to be included, but please let us know if you intend to bring any along so we can allocate your space accordingly.
  • I can confirm that I have read the FAQs and acknowledge that myself and all guests understand any U18s must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or someone over the age of 25 and offsite by 9pm.
  • I also understand that if I am booking Upper Plaza, my booking may not have a guaranteed view of the big screen or the stage.
  • We will always try our best to accommodate customer requests, however this cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy

  • Any deposits paid are non-refundable however if given more than 48 hours we can look at date change for you.
  • Cancellation within 48 hours – deposit and full paid balance non-refundable.
  • We cannot refund any changes in your party group size once paid in full – any vouchers allocated to guests who can no longer make it will be given to the group to spend.
  • If your group size changes, we may reduce the space of your area to accommodate other guests.

KROUD KAROKE GENERAL BOOKINGS

  • Please arrive at the main entrance, there you will be greeted by a door host/door team, taken to your reserved space, and given your vouchers
  • All vouchers must be used on the day of booking and are non-refundable
  • Drinks vouchers can be redeemed against alcoholic and soft drinks only and used at any bar within STACK Seaburn
  • No change will be given from any vouchers
  • We ask you to please be on time for your booking, should you not arrive with us on time we will hold the space you have reserved for a period no greater than 15 minutes. After this time, your reserved space will be made available to other guests

  •  A deposit of £16 per person is required, with £12 given back to you on the day in the form of two drinks vouchers. The remaining £5 covers the cost of reserving a premium bench. 
  • I can confirm that I have read the FAQs and acknowledge that myself and all guests understand any under 18's must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or someone over the age of 25 and offsite by 8pm.
  • We will always try our best to accommodate customer requests, however this cannot be guaranteed.

CORPORATE FUNCTIONS / LARGE GROUP BOOKINGS

(Dates excluding large events)

We have the option for space to be reserved for corporate functions / large group bookings, for up to 24 – 1500 guests.

We can create bespoke packages to suite your budget and make sure your celebration is perfect!

We have a relaxed dress code, however as a general rule: we advise smart casual clothing be worn on evenings and weekends. If wearing sportswear, you may be refused entry.

Please remember this is an outdoor venue so dress appropriately for the weather, especially in the winter months.

Fancy Dress: All fancy dress costumes must be non-offensive. Please note that stag/hen party costumes are not permitted. Final discretion lies with the management.

Families are very welcome to visit STACK.

Under 18s visiting the main STACK Plaza area must be accompanied by a parent / legal guardian, or an adult aged 25 or over at all times due to the nature of STACK being a licensed premises that serves alcohol. 

Anyone under the age of 18 must be off site by 8pm.

Weekends - Under 18s may be refused entry into the venue from 7:00pm. Any under 18s already in the venue will be asked to leave no later than 8pm, in line with our license. 

Kroud Karaoke - Under 18s will be refused entry into the venue from 7:00pm. All under 18s already in the venue before this time must be off site by 8pm before the event starts - Kroud Karaoke is an 18+ event only. 

All times above are subject to change and at the discretion of our management.

WE OPERATE A CHALLENGE 25 POLICY. If you are lucky enough to look under 25 then you will be asked to show identification. This will need to be a physical approved photo ID document.

Although STACK serves food, you are entering a licensed premises where alcohol can be purchased, therefore teenagers must be accompanied by an adult aged 25. This policy is in place to protect our license and reduce the risk of alcohol being purchased for under 18s. 

STACK prohibits the consumption of beer, wine or cider to anyone under the age of 18 even if they are consuming a table (substantial) meal.

We have the right to refuse service and / or entry to the premises - without providing you with a reason. 

No, we would like to remind visitors that only food & drinks purchased from any of our food vendors situated at STACK Seaburn can be consumed on our premises.

Any food & drink found from outside the venue will be confiscated and customers may be asked to leave or refused entry.

This can be updated daily so if the date your looking for is not yet available please check back later. 

STACK Seaburn can be accessed via the front entrance on Whitburn Road and via the rear entrance located within the adjacent car park on site. 

Carer Ticket Scheme: We understand that some guests may need support while enjoying an event which is why we offer one free carer ticket. Please contact us at [email protected] and provide a copy of your PIP, DLA or NIMBUS card.

Facilities: Accessible toilets are available on both floors. Please be aware we do not have adult changing facilities.

Accessibility: Our venues are all wheelchair accessible and lifts are available to all floors.

Service: If help with service is needed, please speak to a member of our team and we will be more than happy to provide table service if needed.  

Strobe lighting/ effects: We have a lot of different entertainment and some shows may contain flashing lights and smoke machines.

Bars and Food Vendors: Our bars and food outlets have high service points. Please speak to a member of our team who will be happy to assist any guest placing or receiving an order.

Dogs are welcome up until 9pm* everyday – there are assigned doggy water stations within the venue.

Please be respectful of other customers and do not allow your pooch to sit / lie on the benches where customers consume food.

*The management may bring this time forward if we are extremely busy or for events such as Kroud Karaoke.

CCTV in operation throughout the premises.

Management and door supervisors reserve the right to refuse entry.

Please be aware that photographs taken within the venue may appear in advertising literature or on our website.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot allow balloons in the venue. This policy helps us maintain a safe environment for all our guests and staff.
