STACK to host 6-week long kid’s entertainment programme to celebrate school summer holidays.
As things begin to heat up in Sunderland this summer – one venue along the coast is getting ready to welcome the start of the school holidays.
From Monday 25 July, families and visitors of all ages will be able to enjoy a jam-packed line up of entertainment at STACK Seaburn, as it launches its STACK Summer socials – chock-full of FREE children’s events and performances across the 6-week long period.
One of the main highlights of the programme, a dedicated children’s concert with LMXT - the region’s leading Little Mix tribute act, is set to take centre stage on Thursday 4 August.
Fans of the popular girl group can get ready to enjoy all their favourite songs and dance moves from 1pm on the day, with a chance to meet and greet the group after their time on stage. The event is targeted to children 12 and under and anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or an adult aged 25 or over at all times due to the nature of the business being a licensed premises serving alcohol. Physical photo I.D may be requested.
Kevin Walker, Entertainment Director at Danieli Group which owns STACK Seaburn, thinks the event will be a great addition to the energetic line up of entertainment.

Other events for the summer include ‘Magic Mondays’ – a day dedicated to Magician Marvin and his rabble of hand puppet pals. Watch his truly magical show weekly, as he performs a double bill 12noon and 4pm.
Tuesday 26 July will welcome ‘A Celebration of Paw Patrol’ to STACK’s stage from 12noon to 2pm – a very special puppy rescue mission inspired by the popular kids TV show.
STACK will also host regular afternoon shows from 12noon until 2pm throughout the 6-week holidays, including a variety of appearances from much-loved characters such as: Micky & Minnie Mouse, Peter Pan, Rapunzel and Toy Story! ‘A Celebration of Encanto’, a fantastical performance celebrating the hit Disney movie Encanto will also make its return on Tuesday 16th and Wednesday 31st of August.
And the venue by the sea wouldn’t be complete without the swashbuckling adventures of pirates Winkle and Storm! The meddling duo will take to the stage over the course of the holidays for a number of hilarious adventures.
