Terms & Conditions

Kids Events Bookings

  • There will be a ticket cost of £1.50pp this is for entry into Kid’s Event only.
  • The numbers of tickets are in relation to all attending between 2-12 years old, accompanying  adults do not need to buy a ticket.
  • This ticket does not include a bench, we recommend an early arrival as benches are first come, first serve basis.
  • We will always try our best to accommodate customer requests, however this cannot be guaranteed.  
  • Cancellation Policy: Please read our T&C’s before paying any deposits as any deposits are non-refundable.

Upper Plaza Bench Bookings including monthly Kroud Karaoke event*

  • To reserve an upper plaza bench a deposit of £12.00 per person will be required on making the booking. This will be given back to you on the day in the form of x2 drinks vouchers to the value of £5.50 each.

*excluding Kroud Karaoke on New Year’s Eve

Kroud Karaoke Premium Bench Bookings*

  • To reserve a premium table for Kroud Karaoke a deposit of £17.00 per person is required on making the booking. This will be given back to you on the day in the form of x 2 drinks vouchers to the value of £6.00 each.
  • The remaining £5.00 is a reservation fee to secure your premium bench on the front two rows facing the stage to guarantee the best seats in the house.

*excluding Kroud Karaoke ticketed events.

Christmas Party Night Bookings*

  • Bookings can be made from 6:30pm, event starts at 8pm,please arrive at the time you have booked for only.  
  • There will be a deposit of £21.95pp and include x1 drink voucher, x1 food voucher, entertainment, and the bench for the evening!  
  • Please read the FAQs and acknowledge that you and all guests are over 18. Entry will not be given to anyone under 18.  
  • Bookings maybe located on the lower plaza or upper plaza and the management can change this without notice. 
  • We will always try our best to accommodate customer requests, however this cannot be guaranteed.  
  • Cancellation Policy: Please read our T&C’s before paying any deposits as any deposits are non-refundable.     

Cancellation Policy

  • Any deposits paid are non-refundable however if given more than 48 hours we can look at date change for you.
  • Cancellation within 48 hours – deposit and full paid balance non-refundable.
  • We cannot refund any changes in your party group size once paid in full – any pre-ordered drinks will be given to the group, guests who can no longer make it will not be given a refund.
  • To edit or amend your booking please reply to your confirmation email at your earliest convenience.

NYE 2024 PARTY NIGHT BOOKINGS

  • Doors open at 7:00pm
  • Strictly Over 18's Only - We operate a Challenge 25 Policy. Please ensure you bring valid ID.
  • Ticket provides entry to the venue only and includes a £1.50pp booking fee.
  • Any monies paid is non-refundable.
  • Benches are on a first come first serve basis.
  • Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
  • The venue adheres to safety regulations and may conduct security searches.
  • The venue has the right to refuse admission.
  • Late admission is not guaranteed.
  • By purchasing this ticket, you are agreeing to our T&Cs.
  • All street food vendors will be open serving their full menus - please check opening times with each individual trader.

• Please ensure you select the correct venue before completing your ticket purchase, as all sales are final. Tickets purchased for the incorrect venue are not eligible for a refund or exchange. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

  • STACK competitions are open to individuals aged 18 years or older, unless otherwise specified. Employees, agents, and affiliates of STACK and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  • Participants may be required to provide proof of age and identity upon request.

Entry

  • To enter STACK Seaburn’s ‘Win a Christmas Party Night Bench Booking’ competition, Participants must follow the entry instructions as outlined in the competition announcement on STACK Seaburn’s official social media accounts.
  • Entry submissions must be received by the deadline specified in the competition announcement, Friday 15 November 2024. Late entries will not be considered.

Winner Selection

  • A winner will be randomly selected at STACK's discretion on Friday 15 November 2024.
  • Winners will be notified through the social media platform where the competition was conducted.
  • If a winner does not claim their prize within [3] days of notification or is found to be ineligible, an alternative winner may be selected.

Prizes

  • Prizes awarded in STACK competitions are as specified in the competition announcement. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
  • STACK reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.
  • Winners are responsible for any taxes, customs duties, or other charges associated with receiving their prize.

Publicity

  • By entering a STACK competition, Participants agree to allow STACK to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Data Privacy

  • STACK will process personal data provided by Participants in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Privacy and Security

  • Your privacy and security are of utmost importance to us. Please be aware that we will never request sensitive personal information such as your bank details, passwords, or payment information over the phone, email, or any other form of direct communication.
  • If you are ever contacted by someone claiming to represent our venue who asks for such information, please do not share your details and notify us immediately.

Disqualification

  • STACK reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who breaches these Terms or engages in fraudulent or unfair conduct.

Limitation of Liability

  • STACK is not responsible for any technical failures, internet issues, or other factors that may affect the submission or receipt of entries.
  • STACK is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from participation in the competition or the use of any prize.

Changes to the Competition

  • STACK reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition at its discretion without notice.
